Course Overview

Exploring the principles and practices of managing organisational change, this module examines the strategies for effective organisational development, the role of leaders in driving change, and the impact of global trends on organisational dynamics. It also looks at the methodologies for evaluating organisational health and the strategies for implementing sustainable development initiatives.
This module delves into advanced financial management techniques and tools essential for strategic planning and performance evaluation. It covers topics such as investment decision-making, risk management, financial analysis and forecasting, and performance measurement systems. The focus is on enhancing financial acumen to support strategic decisions and improve organisational performance.
Addressing the critical role of innovation and entrepreneurship in driving business success, this module explores frameworks for managing innovation, strategies for fostering an entrepreneurial culture within organisations, and approaches to developing new business models. It includes case studies on successful innovation strategies and entrepreneurial ventures.
Focusing on the challenges and opportunities of operating in the global marketplace, this module examines international business strategies, cross-cultural management, global leadership practices, and the legal and ethical considerations of international operations. It prepares leaders to effectively manage and compete in a global context.
This module equips learners with advanced research methods and analytics techniques critical for informed strategic decision-making. It covers qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, data analysis tools, and the application of analytics in solving complex business problems. The emphasis is on developing skills to conduct rigorous research and apply findings to practise.
This course develops advanced skills in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing research within leadership and business management. Students will apply critical reflection to research design, methodological choices, and data interpretation. They will critique published studies, assess strengths and limitations, and justify appropriate research strategies.

• Level 7 Qualification.
• Should be at least 22 years of age.Or
• Master’s Degree.
