This programme consists of 8 modules totalling 120 credits.

It offers a crucial synopsis of how strategic leadership is used in the security domain and how it changes in response to new operational demands and threats.
This module focuses on ethical leadership and examines the legal and moral framework for intelligence and security operations. It discusses the importance of ethics, law and accountability in making decisions that respect human rights and the organisation's objectives.
This module delves into sophisticated methods of intelligence gathering and analysis, enhancing participants' skills in turning intelligence into actionable strategic insights. It covers various intelligence domains and emphasises integrating this information into strategic planning processes.
Students learn to analyse and respond to terrorist threats using strategic frameworks. This includes studying the dynamics of terrorism and developing comprehensive counter-terrorism strategies that include leadership in crisis and incident scenarios.
This module addresses the critical area of cyber security and explores the strategic management of cyber threats, including the development of policies and frameworks to protect information assets. It aims to build leadership skills in managing cyber security initiatives in organisations.
This module provides students with tools and skills for effective decision-making and policy analysis in the context of security and intelligence. It involves studying various decision-making models and applying them to real-world security challenges.
This module focuses on managing change, creating adaptable tactics, and encouraging a resilient and innovative culture within security forces. It also explores organisational behaviour and leadership in the context of security organisations.

Entry to Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Should be at least 22 years of age.Or
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
