Students analyse how leaders create and support organisational values, explore the impact of ethical stances on practices, and assess how empowerment and trust contribute to effective governance. The course includes strategies for fostering ethical responsibility and organisational integrity.
This module provides a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework governing corporate reporting. Students examine accounting concepts, perform calculations, and critically evaluate accounting practices. They also study sector-specific accounting regulations, policies, and practices, gaining insights into the interpretation and use of accounting information.
This module equips students with the skills to evaluate various securities, analyse investment theories, and understand market efficiency. Students examine taxation principles, portfolio management, and the regulations governing the financial services industry. Entry to LIBT Level 7 Diploma in Accounting and Finance
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
